This last Saturday night, I had the opportunity to see one of our favorite bands here at Musicbleep, Swedish rockers the Sounds. Now, we have probably seen them almost a dozen times, but this was the first time outside of Los Angeles. They performed at he legendary Warfield theatre downtown SF. A show never to be forgotten. They fucking rocked the place, beyond what I have ever seen them do before.
Although this was not our first time seeing them, far from it, I still get excited as I approach the venue. The definitely draw in large crowds full of positive energy, and they give the audience the same. Always high energy and they really play for us, the fans. And if you have never been you a Sounds show THEY FOR SURE HAVE A FOLLOWING; PEOPLE LOVE THEM! (Myself included) Each time I see them, it still feels like the first time.

Their performance on Saturday, has to have been one of their best to date, and shockingly so; they have not stopped touring in over 6 years, writing music on the road, recording on small breaks, and still producing albums of new and fresh material. They never cease to amaze me both on their albums or live. See photo below of their playlist from the other night. As you can see they still give us their classics, and that’s just what kind of band they are ‘classic’. They will have a long lived career and thankfully so.
